UNTIL PAYMENT IS RECEIVED AND DOCUMENTED.
Regardless of table purchase, sponsorship, or donation – every attendee to the Margarita Ball must bring a $50 toy donation per person for entry.
Please refer to the details below regarding VIP tables and attendee requirements.
- No refunds. If the Ball is cancelled for any reason, your payment becomes a donation.
- Only 8 guests per table.
- Only guests wearing VIP wristbands will be admitted into the VIP table area.
- VIP tables are not reserved until payment is received.
- Maximum 5 tables per purchaser.
- Attendees must be 21 years or older and bring a valid ID.
- Everyone attending (both VIP & General Admission) must present $50 of new, unopened, and unwrapped toys at the door for entrance.
- VIP table price is $1000.
- Black tie event, but not mandatory.
As of October 28, 2022, the Von Braun Center (VBC) is a cash-free facility. All major digital forms of payment are accepted, including Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
